After nearly three days at the scene of a major fire at 30 Ontario St., St. Catharines Fire Services completed its firefighting operations on Wednesday.

Residents of the Yates Street neighbourhood and those downwind are being advised to shelter in place due to the presence of smoke from a fire at 30 Ontario St.
St. Catharines Fire Services were called to the fire at 5:23 a.m. on July 12. The fire was well advanced on arrival and all available resources have been deployed to the scene.
