Traffic Disruption for April 1, 2026 - Welland Canals Pkwy

• Welland Canals Pkwy between Glendale Ave and Chapel St S in Thorold is expected to be closed for an extended period (possibly until the evening of Sunday April 5) to accommodate repair work following the railway incident earlier this week.

March 30: Street sweeping Sectors 1, 50

Street cleaning crews will be working in Sectors 1 and 50 on March 30, 2026.

Avoid parking vehicles on the street when cleaners are scheduled to be in your neighbourhood. When placing recycling and garbage curbside for collection, containers and bags should be placed on the boulevard, not on the road.
