Minor Variance Application details (A-42/24)
Application A42/24SC seeks relief from the City of St. Catharines Zoning By-law No. 2013-283, as amended, for the following variances to recognize existing setbacks for a greenhouse:
1) A reduction in the minimum interior side yard setback from 15 metres to 4.3 metres to the northern lot line; and,
2) A reduction in the minimum interior side yard setback from 15 metres to 4.2 metres to the western lot line.

Please note, that all Committee of Adjustment Hearings will be held in-person in City Hall on the 3rd floor in Council Chambers.
