The City of St. Catharines has paid parking that's available at on-street meter spaces, off-street lots, and parking garages. We have free curbside parking at specified spaces in the downtown core, Port Dalhousie, and Facer Street. There is 15-minute parking if you are going to local businesses for pickup and takeout.
Our parking meter rate is $2 per hour. There is a three-hour maximum daily parking limit from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Metered parking is free outside those hours; however, parking is prohibited from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
