The City of St. Catharines' GO Transit Station Secondary Plan, prepared in coordination with Niagara Region, was established after the Province of Ontario announced the extension of GO Train service to the Niagara region, with a stop in St. Catharines by 2023.
The plan has been added as an amendment to the City's Official Plan, and establishes a land use plan, policies and implementation framework to guide the development and redevelopment of lands within the plan's area.
