The City of St. Catharines Noise By-law addresses issues such as persistent noise created by construction, combustible motors, barking dogs, whining or calling of domestic animals, music and yelling.
Depending on the nature of the noise there are several ways to submit a complaint.
Immediate / temporary noise |
If your complaint requires immediate response and is temporary in nature (e.g. a late night party) please reach out to the Niagara Regional Police. |
