You can pay your parking ticket online. A convenience fee applies for credit card transactions. We accept parking ticket payments using Visa or MasterCard through our online service provider, Paymentus.
Please be advised that it may take up to two business days for online payments to be processed. In order to avoid any additional fees or penalties, payments must be received at our office by the specified due date.

What happens if I don't pay a parking ticket? |
If you do not pay a parking ticket, the Ministry of Transportation (Service Ontario) will deny renewal of your licence plate. You must pay any outstanding fees before you can renew or apply for a new vehicle licence permit. |
How do I dispute a parking ticket? |
You can request a meeting with a Screening Officer to review the ticket within 15 calendar days beginning on the date of issuance. You can set up a meeting by:
What will happen next?You'll be given an appointment with a Screening Officer who will make a decision after reviewing your appeal. They are bound by our Conflict of Interest Guidelines. Screenings are held in the Screening Room on the second floor in City Hall. What if I don't agree with the final decision?If you are not satisfied with the decision made by the Screening Officer, you can request a review by a Hearing Officer within 15 calendar days of your screening decision by Emailing us a completed Hearing Request form. You will be notified once a hearing appointment is booked. The Hearing Officer's decision is final. |
