If you receive Ontario Disability Support Program benefits and have a water/wastewater account with the City of St. Catharines, you may qualify for the payment extension program. Through this program, you can extend the payment of your water and wastewater bill to the last working day of the month that the payment is due.

| Please complete the Disability Extension Program Application and make sure to include proof that you receive funding through the Ontario Disability Support Program. |
| Submit the application |
| You need to submit the complete application in-person at Citizen's First located on the second floor at City Hall. |

- Receive funding through the Ontario Disability Support Program
- Your water/wastewater account must be paid up to date
