The City of St. Catharines offers the Seniors' Centre Without Walls program to community members aged 50 and over!
A free, telephone-based program that allows older adults to socialize and take part in programs from the comfort of their own home, Seniors' Centre Without Walls is a great way to stay connected while distanced. All you need is a telephone!
Participants can connect on a toll-free call with up to 15 people, allowing them to socialize and learn about a variety of topics, such as local history, and play interactive games. Our Older Adult Centre staff and guest speakers lead the discussions and games.
