Application A-39/24 seeks relief from the City of St Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the following variances:
1) An increase in the total lot coverage for all accessory structures from 10% of the lot area to 13%.
2) A reduction in the minimum setback from the rear lot line for the existing deck with a height above grade more than 1.2 or more from 4.5m to 3.25m.
