Minor Variance Application details (A-64/24)
Application A-64/24 seeks relief from the City of St Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the relocation of existing detached dwelling currently located at 13 Paxton Street:
- An increase of the maximum accessory lot coverage from 40 per cent to 46 per cent.
- A reduction in the minimum setback from a front lot line for a platform structure (porch) with a platform height above grade 0.6 metres or less from 3 metres to 1.22 metres.
- A reduction in the minimum setback from a front lot line for a platform structure (balcony) with a platform height above grade 1.2 metres or greater from 3 metres (being the required front yard of the principal building) to 1.22 metres.
