Application A-79/24 seeks relief from the City of St Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as
amended, for the following variance for the proposed private road development:

1. A reduction in the minimum setback from rear lot line to a platform structure (units 15-21) with a height above 1.2 m from 4.5 m to 3.0 m.
