Due to a software upgrade, our Citizens First staff will be unable to process cash and debit payments in person at City Hall for some invoices on Friday, Nov. 15, including those for City service calls (such as blocked drains, water on / off, fire inspections, TV lateral inspections and more) or for items such as memorial benches and trees.
Payments for water bills and taxes can still be taken and processed in person.
The upgrade is expected to be complete before City Hall opens on Monday, Nov. 18, and payment processing will resume as normal.
