The Planning and Building Services Department is hosting an Online Open House to provide information and receive input regarding an an application for Site Plan Agreement for lands located at 239 Lakeshore Road. The application proposes a private road development with a total of 71 units consisting of 28 townhouse units and a six storey (19.6 metre) apartment building with 43 units. A total of 128 parking spaces, including 3 accessible spaces, are to be provided within underground parking below the apartment building (36 spaces), surface parking (36 spaces) and driveways and garages of the townhouse units (56 spaces).
