The City of St. Catharines' Community Improvement Plan outlines a set of financial incentive programs offered to businesses in the community to help stimulate investment in redevelopment projects that support local community improvement and renewal.
These grant and tax incentive programs help offset a portion of project costs related to redevelopment, reuse, rehabilitation and brownfield remediation.
