Several City facilities will be closed over the holidays.
Closures are set to begin on Dec. 24 and continue through Jan. 3, 2022.
During the closures, residents can call 905.688.5600 to report problems on City streets and sidewalks; sewer and water issues; or fallen trees. For COVID-19 emergency order enforcement issues during holiday closures, the public can call the Niagara Region's dispatch line at 905.984.3690 or 1.877.552.5579.
City Hall will remain open during regular business hours on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. City Hall will be closed Dec. 27, 28 and Jan. 3.

Arenas will close early on Dec. 24 and 31 at 1 p.m. City arenas will be closed Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1.
The St. Catharines Farmers Market, which operates Thursdays and Saturdays throughout the year will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan.1.
The Farmers Market will operate from 8 a.m. to noon on Dec. 30.
The aquatics centre will close early, at 1 p.m. on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31.
The centre will be closed on Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1
The Victoria Lawn Cemetery Offices will be closed Dec. 25, 26, 27 and Jan. 1.
Interments for Dec. 28 must be booked no later than noon on Dec. 24. Interments for Dec. 29 must be booked no later than noon on Dec. 28. Interments for Jan. 4 must be booked no later than noon on Dec. 31.
The museum will close early on Dec. 24 and 31 at 1 p.m. The facility will be closed Dec. 25, 26 and Jan.1
Russell Avenue Community Centre will be closed Dec. 25, 26, and Jan. 3.
Port Weller Community Centre will be closed Dec. 24 to 27 and Dec. 31 to Jan. 3.
Dunlop Drive Older Adult Centre will close early at noon on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31. The centre will be closed Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1.
Port Dalhousie Older Adult Centre will be closed from Dec. 24 to 29 and from Jan. 1 to Jan. 2.
West St. Catharines Older Adult Centre is closed Dec. 24, 25, 26, and 31 in addition to Jan. 1 and 2.
City buses will end service early, shortly after 7 p.m. on Dec. 24. No service will be offered on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Transit will run under a modified holiday schedule on Dec. 26.
St. Catharines Transit will once again offer extended service on New Year’s Eve with final departures at 1:15 a.m. and 1:45 a.m. For more information on transit schedules visit www.yourbus.com.
