An application for Consent has been received from 2794590 Ontario Inc. and Fermo Holdings Ltd. for the property at 1956 Third Street Louth and will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment for the City of St. Catharines on Jan. 26 at 5 p.m.
Application B-06/22SC is made for consent to sever 19,020 m2 of land (Parts 2 and 3 on the submitted sketch) for the proposed Long Term Care Facility to facilitate the sale of the severance lands to be known as 1956 Third Street Louth. A 6,881 m2 remnant parcel (Part 1) would be retained for a future Retirement/Long Term Facility.
Under the authority of the Municipal Act Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act and the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, City Council approved Committee of Adjustment Hearings to be held electronically during an Emergency through By-law 2020-49.
