There is a concurrent minor variance application, A-14/25.
Application A-14/25 seeks relief from the City of St Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the retained parcel (Part 4 on the sketch) with an existing single detached dwelling to reduce the minimum lot area from 300 sq.m. to 268 sq.m.
