Application details
The application seeks relief from the City of St. Catharines By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the following variances for the proposed 4-storey, 24 unit apartment building. A Site Plan Application has been received.
- A reduction of the minimum required landscape buffer between a parking area with more than 20 spaces but fewer than a 100 and abutting a Green Space zone boundary line from 3 metres to 2.85 metres.
- An increase of density per ha (uph) from 25-99 uph to 106 uph.
