Revised Application A-80/24 seeks relief from the City of St Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for a proposed detached accessory dwelling unit:
- An increase of the maximum total lot coverage of all accessory structures from 10% to 11.99% of the total lot area.
- An increase of the maximum height for all parts of any walls or supporting posts, excluding any gable or dormer on an accessory structure from 4.5 metres to 6.5 metres.
- An increase of the maximum permitted height of a detached accessory structure from 6 metres to 7.1 metres to the peak of roof.
- To permit openings on an accessory structure to a maximum height of 5 metres on a facade facing an interior lot line and within the required rear yard for the principle building.
