Back to SearchPursuant to the Notice By-law 2007-310, as amended, notice is hereby being given that Council will consider a recommendation to Stop Up and Close part of Woodrow Street (Part of PIN 46352-0231 (LT)), Realty File 91.190; as shown in blue below.
The recommendation will be considered at the April 29, 2024 meeting of City Council, which will begin at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held in-person in Council Chambers and electronically. Persons wishing to address Council or submit correspondence to Council regarding the matter may do so using these methods:
- Email clerks@stcatharines.ca by noon on Monday, April 29. Use the subject line “Stop up and Close Part of Woodrow Street.”
- Mail or drop-off correspondence in the mail slot at City Hall (50 Church Street) attention Council Coordinator. Correspondence must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25. The mail slot is located at the James Street entrance of City Hall.
- Electronic delegation: complete the City’s Delegation Request Form by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29. In addition to completing the online form, you must also attend a test Zoom session with City staff on Monday, April 29 at 10 a.m. The URL to attend the test session will be emailed to you upon submitting the Delegation Request Form.
- In-person delegation: complete the City’s Delegation Request Form by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29.
